Protect the King is a co-op wave-survival game by Funcomofficial, made with Conan Properties. You defend the king against hordes of enemies alongside Conan the Barbarian. It was formerly titled Conan Horde Slayer, and its codes carried over under the new name.
New codes land with updates, events and milestones, and 2 are live at the time of writing. Scroll down for the list itself; the steps for the CODE button in the top left of the lobby are just under it. It is the fastest progress you will make in Protect the King today.
All New Protect the King Codes
- FREEGOLD: 50 Gold. (==NEW==)
- GOLD30: 30 Gold.
Do yourself a favour and paste, do not type. These strings are fussy about capitals, and Protect the King gives no second chances on an expired code. This page is updated as codes change, so a bookmark helps. It is a small habit that pays for itself in free rewards.
Expired Protect the King Codes
- DOMTHESLAYER
- XMAS25

How to Get More Protect the King Codes
Watch the game’s Roblox page if you want announcements straight from the developers; codes tend to be tied to updates, events and like milestones. Or skip the checking entirely and revisit this list — it is refreshed as the codes change.
Why Are My Protect the King Codes Not Working?
Codes fail for boring reasons, mostly. If one of ours will not go through, check these first:
Double-Check for Typos: Check the spelling before anything else. In Protect the King, codes only work when they are entered exactly as published — right down to the capitalisation. One slip and the game treats it as a different, invalid code. Also make sure no space slipped in at the start or end of the code when you pasted it.
The Code Has Expired: Codes get retired. It is frustrating when it happens mid-list, but a failed code with perfect spelling has usually just reached the end of its run. Everything in the active section above is listed because it still works. When a replacement code is released, it will appear in the active list above.
Already Redeemed: This one is easy to overlook: a code you claimed during an earlier event or session cannot be claimed again. The failure message looks like an error, but your account simply already has the reward.

Done — the codes are yours to claim. If a new Protect the King code is released, it will appear here once verified, so this page is worth keeping around.
